ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 \u2013 Initial Certification October 2024<\/h2>\n

In October 2024, our quality and environmental management systems were certified for the first time according to the ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 standards.<\/p>\n

ISO 9001 \u2013 Quality Management<\/h2>\n

ISO 9001 is the world\u2019s leading standard for quality management. It ensures that business processes are clearly defined, documented, monitored, and continuously improved. The focus is on customer satisfaction, process quality, and sustainable organizational development.<\/p>\n

The certification process includes the analysis and documentation of all relevant business processes, the implementation of a systematic quality management system, internal audits, and an independent assessment by an accredited certification body. Upon successful completion of the audit, the certificate is issued and maintained through regular surveillance audits.<\/p>\n
