In October 2024, our quality and environmental management systems were certified for the first time according to the ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 standards.
ISO 9001 is the world’s leading standard for quality management. It ensures that business processes are clearly defined, documented, monitored, and continuously improved. The focus is on customer satisfaction, process quality, and sustainable organizational development.
The certification process includes the analysis and documentation of all relevant business processes, the implementation of a systematic quality management system, internal audits, and an independent assessment by an accredited certification body. Upon successful completion of the audit, the certificate is issued and maintained through regular surveillance audits.
What does this mean for our customers?
With ISO 14001 certification, we commit to systematic and continuous environmental management. The goal is to identify environmental impacts, use resources efficiently, and sustainably reduce environmental burdens.
Certification requires the implementation of an environmental management system that defines environmental objectives, assesses risks, takes legal requirements into account, and ensures regular improvement measures. The effectiveness of the system is verified through internal and external audits.
What does this mean for our customers?
In October 2025, our Information Security Management System (ISMS) was certified to ISO 27001.
ISO 27001 is the internationally recognized standard for information security. It defines requirements for the protection of information, data, IT systems, and business processes. The goal is to systematically identify and assess risks and minimize them through appropriate technical and organizational measures.
As part of the certification process, all security-related processes were analyzed, risks were assessed, and a comprehensive information security management system was implemented. The successful certification confirms that information security at fleet.tech and LOSTnFOUND is managed in a structured and transparent manner and is continuously improved.
